A new year, a new beginning!

This was painted in the studio on the last day of class in December 2012. I am hoping to post paintings done at home and in class, in water colour and oils, as well as a drawing from time to time. I am not sure yet if I can do a daily painting, but I will give it a try! I have seen some people doing a 30 day challenge that began on January 2nd; I am a little late starting, and this blog set-up will take some getting used to, but I am going to give it a try!
Congratulations, Janet, on starting the blog. I've always been interested in your work, wishing I could see more of it. I hope you accept the 30-day challenge!
